Lucca in Villa San Marco is composed of 4 unique apartments each with its own independent entrance and different from the others in size, form and layout. They are characterized by a combination of furnishings which play on the vivacity of chromatisms and on a distinctly contemporary design. The blend of Pop Art elements and modern antiques makes them absolutely unique. The 2-roomed flats are composed of a living area with sofa bed, cooking area and dining area, a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The one-roomed flat is divided into a dining and cooking area and a sleeping area with a double bed. All the apartments come with a parking space. The establishment provides linen and daily cleaning but no restaurant service. Each flat has, however, a lunch area for 4 people with a perfectly equipped kitchenette. In the immediate surroundings of the villa there are bars, grocery shops and a supermarket.
