Refurbished and awarded 4 stars in 2007, this homely guest house is ideally situated close to all amenities, and is merely minutes from the Riviera Conference Centre. It is located within the conservation area of Belgravia, and Torquay rail and bus stations are nearby. In 2006 the guest house was awarded a commended certificate in Torbay's 'Bay in Bloom' competition. If you are looking for a friendly, family-run guest house where you will be made to feel welcome in a warm, relaxed and informal atmosphere, then you have found it. Nigel and Lynne welcome you to their friendly, informal guest house, which will feel like a home-from-home. Recently awarded 4 stars in recognition of its high standards, the Newburgh is the perfect place in which to unwind, whether for a full fortnight, week, long weekend or short midweek break. For your cleanliness and comfort, the Newburgh is a non-smoking guest house. The pictures shown of the Newburgh are all up to date, although the planted area at the front is constantly being improved. For a special occasion of any kind, a welcoming bouquet of flowers can be arranged. As the Newburgh is a family-run guest house, it does not accept bookings from stag or hen parties, or from same-sex groups of more than 2 people.

Please note your booking deposit of one night stay may be subject to a 3% card transaction charge Cancellation Information: In any case, the guest house will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and then the cancellation charges may not apply. If they are unable to re-let your accommodation and the cancellation charges are applicable, they may be able to offer you a replacement break later on in the year, subject to availability, although this is not guaranteed.
