Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 10:30 Weekends: 07:00 to 14:30 The glassed "Windows Gourmet-Restaurant" on the 9th floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Hanseatic city. Enjoy the special atmosphere and exclusive cuisine of this restaurant, which includes a cigar lounge and four separate private dining rooms. In the restaurant "Signatures" with its open kitchen, the fresh preparation of international delicacies becomes something of a spectacle. When the weather is fine, you can dine on our terrace with a direct view of Wasser Platz. There is capacity for 70 people on the terrace. The "F 10 Bar" has a cosy atmosphere and an extensive drinks list, ranging from the traditional to the unusual, and we also serve lovingly prepared snacks. In the hotel lobby we daily serve traditional English afternoon tea from 15:00 to 18:00. We serve room service food and drinks round the clock.
