Camping Birkelt is an active family campsite in Müllerthal naturepark, exclusively located on a quiet forest clearing near Larochette. We are the perfect family base for hiking, mountainbiking or horsebackriding excursions and we’re conveniently situated for trips to the nearby cities of Luxembourg, Trier, Vianden, and Echternach. We offer high standard mobile home accommodation, a wide range of recreational facilities and an extensive all- season activities program for all ages. Minimum stay 3 nights througout the year. From 30.06.08 until 01.09.08 minimum stay 7 nights arrival Friday or Saturday

Camping Birkelt is especially known for its spectacular cupola swimming pool. At hot summer days, the doors slide open so that the children can play outside where the adults are sunbathing. For maximum relaxation Camping Birkelt provides sauna, sunbed or a relaxation session (only during public holidays and summer). On the camping there are two large outdoor playgrounds with swings, slides and climbing walls, trampolines and inline skating track with ramps and quarter pipe. Also there is a 18-hole minigolf and an outdoor tenniscourt.

Rubyred is the name of our stylish and cosy restaurant with cyber-coffeebar. This is the place to relax both indoors and outdoors with a cup of coffee, tea, or a beer, read the newspaper or watch the summer sport activities. We cater for every appetite and taste with a vast choice of snacks and meals and you can taste a range of local and international wines by the glass. For the kids we have a delicious kid's meal with a surprise! Upon request our chef prepares special meals such as vegetarian, organic or diet meals.
